Ms. Tamra Keenan is a Senior Consultant and Project Manager with nearly twenty years of experience in the telecommunications
industry. Additionally, she is a founder and principal member of Project Pros, LLC. Her primary areas of
expertise include the design, evaluation, procurement and implementation of telecommunications systems, networks, and services.
Ms. Keenan began her consulting career in 1989 with one of the Bay Area's premiere consulting firms. Prior to that,
she worked with a major interconnect vendor as a project manager. She is located in El Dorado Hills, California and
her specialties include the design and networking for campus communications environments, including call center design and
implementation. Her primary focus for the past several years has focused on emergency preparedness and disaster recovery
planning.
